- Como primer paso haremos el poolish, usaremos la harina, 2 gr de levadura y agua tibia
- Empezamos poniendo la harina y la levadura en un plato y los incorporamos, poco a poco agregaremos el agua tibia revolviendo con una cuchara
- Mezclaremos bien hasta que no tengamos muchos grumos y lo dejaremos en el rifri toda la noche o bien pueden dejarlo una hora en un lugar cálido.
- Ya teniendo listo el poolish, haremos un volcán con los ingredientes secos y en medio agregaremos de poco en poco el poolish
- Con las yemas de nustros dedos empezaremos a integrar los ingredientes
- Cuando ya esté todo integrado pondremos de poquito en poquito el aceite(si vemos que nuestra masa está un poco seca podemos ponerle un poquito de agua tibia)
- Cuando la masa ya este, noa ponemos un poquito de aceite en la mano y en el bowl y la dejamos reposar para que doble su tamaño
- Deapues de que haya aumentado su tamaño, la ponchamos y la estiramos con un rodillo y le quitamos los exesos con un cuchillo, de forma que quede en un rectángulo.
- Tomamos una charola y la enmantrquillamos y le echamos harina, ponemos nuestros panes y los barnisamos con aceite de oliva, le ponemos calabacitas arriba y dejamos reposar para que doblen su tamaño.
- Los metemos al horno a 180°C por 20 minutos y listo.
