- En una fuente para horno y mesa. Enmantecar bien. Distribuir pan rallado o harina. Precalentar el horno.
- Rellenar la fuente empezando con el puré de batata. Luego la preparación de calabaza. Luego yo incluí un piso de huevos duros cortados. Le sigue la capa verde y luego resto de salsa blanca con queso rallado.
- Al horno 30’. Puede quedar húmedo. Difícil de servir prolijo.
