  8. Salteamos y luego volvemos a tapar por otros 3 minutos luego apagamos y dejamos reposar
  9. En una sartén diferente derretir la mantequilla o manteca y una vez ya derretido agregar la harina
  10. Mover con una palita de 10-15 minutos después agregar la leche tibia periódicamente junto a la nuez moscada, sal y pimienta al gusto
  11. Elaborar un onion pique (incrustar clavos en la cebolla) y agregar a nuestra mezcla
  12. Revolver durante otros 10 minutos y colar en un traste listo para servirlo (para decorar yo agregue 2 hojas de borrajo)
