- Como siempre, antes de empezar nos lavamos bien las manos
- El primer paso, es pasar por harina las albóndigas
- Cogemos una olla con un chorro generoso de aceite, y las doramos. Con el fuego alto
- En una sartén podemos ir friendo el tomate, ya que le lleva media hora
- Una vez tenemos las albóndigas doradas, las retiramos, y hacemos el sofrito, ponemos primero la cebolla, luego el ajo, y finalmente la zanahoria, y dejamos 15 min a fuego medio bajo
