  4. Pasados unos minutos añadimos una cucharada o dos de tomate frito y cubrimos con agua (o caldo). Llevamos a ebullición y cocinamos a fuego medio durante unos veinte minutos.
  5. A continuación trituramos la salsa, añadimos las albóndigas que habíamos reservado y cocinamos a fuego bajo otros veinte minutos. Y ya tenemos nuestras albóndigas en salsa de verduras.
