Dejamos que se haga un poco y le echamos un vasito de vino blanco, subimos el fuego un minuto y lo bajamos, removemos y echarle el caldo, si controláis podéis hacerlo a ojo, sino coger un vaso e ir echándole hasta que cubra
  4. Yo le echo guisantes también, lo ponemos todo removemos y si hay que echarle un poco más de caldo se le echa. Dejamos unos 20 min a fuego bajo y cuando casi no quede caldo ya echar dos cucharadas de tomate frito, remover y echar las albóndigas
