  9. Añadir el tomate rallado. Se mezcla bien y se cocina hasta que pierda su agua y haya espesado.
  10. Añadir la harina y dar vueltas para que la harina pierda su sabor a crudo. Se añade la hoja de laurel y el vino. Se deja cocinar a fuego muy bajo hasta que el sofrito esté hecho.
