  3. Saco ese aceite (que se puede colar y aprovechar para otra cosa)
    Pongo 3 cucharadas de AOVE y sofrio al verdura añadiendo el tomate rallado
  4. A media cocción añado los ajos y el champiñón restante
    Cuando todo está hecho añadimos el vino dejando que hierva para soltar el alcohol y una vez listo añadimos un vaso de agua cuando vuelva a hervir tapamos la olla y la dejamos 20 minutos una vez salga el vapor a fuego medio
  5. Una vez terminada la cocción quitamos el vapor y la tapa, añadimos los guisantes y dejamos cocer hasta que estén blandos
    Si queda muy líquida la salsa se le puede añadir media cucharada de harina
