- Agregar el vino blanco y el tomate frito. 3 min/varoma/giro izda./vel. Cuchara. (Sin cubilete) para que evapore el alcohol.
- Añadir el agua, pastilla de caldo y champiñones. Colocar el varoma en su posición. 25 min/varoma/giro izda./vel.2
- Sacar las albóndigas y patatas a una olla, cubrir con la salsa y dar un hervor.
