  2. A continuación, ponemos en un bol nuestra carne picada(yo compre un envase de Mercadona) Añadimos los dos huevos, una poca cebolla picada, sal, pimienta negra, el pan que teníamos en remojo, y dos puñados de pan rallado. Mezclamos todo.
  3. Después pasaremos las bolas de carne por harina y las ponemos a freír en una sartén, dándoles vuelta para que se hagan por ambos lados.
  4. Por otro lado en una cazuela ponemos a freír los pimientos, tomates, y cebolla. Añadimos sal. Y de que estén bien pochados añadimos el vino.
  5. De que tengamos fritas las albóndigas añadimos a la cazuela y echamos un vaso de agua, y la hoja de laurel. Dejamos que hierva un ratito y enseguida estarán listas.
