  6. Escurrir el aceite y dejar en la sartén los restos de harina que quedaron para echarlo también a la cazuela con las albóndigas, echamos el vino y el medio vaso de agua
  7. Lo ponemos a cocer hasta que espese la salsa a fuego medio, no tarda mucho porque la harina de freírlas y el pan espesa enseguida
