- Mezclamos las berenjenas, el queso rallado, pan de molde remojado, ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta al gusto. Yo uso un vaso americano
- Añadimos el huevo, y mezclamos bien.
- Vamos haciendo pequeñas bolas de esta masa que pasaremos por harina de freír pescado o pan rallado. Ponemos una sartén con un poco de aceite en el fuego, y vamos friendo las bolitas, que iremos colocando en un recipiente con papel absorbente para quitarles el exceso de aceite.
- Haremos una salsa de tomate, o utilizamos una industrial. Cuando esté caliente, añadimos las bolitas y las dejamos a fuego suave durante unos cinco minutos.
- Añadimos la mozzarella rallada y retiramos del fuego.
- Listas para comer. Las podemos acompañar de patatas fritas o arroz....
