  3. Volvemos a poner las albóndigas de nuevo en la sartén y cubrimos con la salsa obtenida, dejamos guisar hasta que reduzca la salsa a nuestro gusto y las albóndigas estén bien cocidas, añadiendo un poco de agua o leche, crema de leche o leche evaporada si es necesario.
  4. Es mejor dejar reposar bien este guiso antes de comerlo, incluso de un día para otro. Se puede servir con un arroz blanco o un arroz salteado para guarnición.
