- Batir un poco que se integre todo quedando una masa espesa. Pasar a un plato
- En una sartén poner un poco de aceite a fuego suave y en una cazuela poner el caldo de verduras también a fuego suave
- En un plato poner un poco de harina. Coger porciones de la masa, dar forma y enharinar ligeramente y reservar hasta tener todas
- Subir el aceite a fuego medio-alto e ir friendo las albóndigas y las pasamos a la cazuela con el caldo
- Subimos también el fuego y dejamos cocer unos 3 minutos
- Retiramos parte del aceite sobrante de freír las albóndigas y ponemos la cucharadita de harina y la tostamos, retiramos del fuego y añadimos el pimentón
- Mezclamos bien y añadimos un poco del caldo de cocción de las albóndigas. Mezclamos
- Añadimos a la cazuela, dejamos 2 minutos y retiramos las albóndigas, mantenemos calientes y dejamos que espese la salsa
- Emplatamos regando las albóndigas con la salsa caliente y servimos recién hecho. Yo hoy con patatas fritas... Buen provecho!!!!!
