- En un bol ponemos la carne picada con una pizca de pimienta negra, jengibre, 30 ml de salsa de soja, ajo en polvo, salvado de avena, la cebolla muuy picadita, el huevo y la yema. Mezclamos muy bien hasta que quede una mezcla homogénea. Dejamos reposar en la nevera 30min aprox. Precalentar el horno 200 grados con calor arriba y abajo. Hacemos una albóndigas y las ponemos en una fuente con papel vegetal y añadimos por encima de ellas sésamo, horneamos 15-20 min
- Salsa ➡️ Ponemos a remojo los dátiles con 30ml de salsa de soja y agua 150ml de agua. Por otro lado ponemos 30 ml de agua fría con la maicena, movemos bien para que no tenga grumos. Trituramos los dátiles y vertemos la mezcla en una sartén pasándolo por un colador, añadimos un pelín de jengibre y ajo en polvo. Cuando arranque a hervir añadimos la harina y cocinamos a fuego medio hasta que espese. Emplatamos colocando un poco de salsa en el fondo y las albóndigas encima de ella
