  5. Añadimos 350 gr de agua, la pastilla de caldo y el laurel; 20 minutos, varoma, giro a la izquierda a velocidad 1. Quitamos la hoja de laurel, esperamos que baje la temperatura un poco y trituramos 30 segundos a velocidad 10.
  6. Añadimos los otros 200 gr de agua, 10 segundos a velocidad 4. Comprobamos el punto de sal, en mi caso era correcto.
  7. Volcamos la salsa sobre las albóndigas en una cacerola y cocemos tapadas unos 15 minutos.
