  3. A continuación damos formas a nuestras albóndigas y las pasamos por harina.
  4. Ponemos a calentar una sartén con aceite y unos cuantos palillos (TRUCO: ponemos los palillos para que el aceite no se haga negro). Cuando el aceite este caliente vamos añadiendo las albóndigas y las vamos friendo.
  5. Mientras tanto cortamos la cebolla en bruoise. En una cazuela echamos un poco de aceite y sofreímos la cebolla y cuando este blanquecina añadimos el jamón serrano y dejamos cocinar 2 o 3 minutos.
  6. Pasado el tiempo añadimos las albóndigas, la nata y leche. Salpimentamos y dejamos que vaya reduciendo.
  7. Ya cocinadas las ponemos en un plato, nosotros le pusimos de guarnición patatas fritas, pero se puede acompañar como os más os guste como por ejemplo, verduras a la plancha, o una ensalada…
