- Revolvemos bien y empezamos a formar las bolitas.

- Hacer una albóndiga rellena es muy fácil, ponemos un poco de carne en nuestra palma, hacemos un huequito, ponemos el queso y damos la forma de bolita.


- Metemos las bolitas al refrigerador y las dejamos ahí unos 10 min. A mí me salieron 13 albóndigas.


- En una cacerola caliente, ponemos el jitomate y dejamos hervir, ya que esta hirviendo el caldillo ponemos una pizca de sal y una ramita de cilantro. Agregamos las albóndigas una por una y dejamos cocer.
