  5. Después de quitar la grasa del caldo, lo colocamos al fuego y añadimos las verduras. Cuando tome el hervor salpimentamos, añadimos las papas, formamos las albóndigas y las echamos al caldo (podemos agregar, también, una ramita de apio).
  6. Cuando las papas estén cocidas, añadimos el arroz hasta que se cocine, rectificamos sabores, agregamos el orégano y servimos inmediatamente.
