  4. Una vez hecho esto, añadimos el laurel, un poco de pimienta, un clavo de olor si te gusta y la pastilla de caldo.
  5. Añadimos las patatas cortadas a cascos y las alcachofas y echamos uno o dos vasos de vino y el colorante, añadimos las albóndigas, y cuando haya hervido con el vino unos 8 minutos más o menos cubrimos todo de agua.
